A beautiful class designed for families to connect, bond, play and unplug for less than the price of a plastic toy on a Christmas List #presenceoverpresents

What is the workshop? –
The workshop is 21/2 hours long and will focus on presence & connection; ideal for children who may struggle with returning to school, anxiety, lack confidence or for parents who feel they work or are busy and need a held space to focus on their child and their relationship. 
 
For parents if there has been a separation, a grief in the family, a new baby or role change, a diagnosis or just for families wanting this time together. 
 
What it involves❄️
 🥨Connection focused Festive Pretzel Play class focusing on play, co regulation, present moment and including yoga play, mindfulness, meditation and games 
🥨A lovely festive high tea of cakes, sandwiches, tray bakes suitable for kids & adults
 🥨A creativity session for both adults and children by the amazing Kayleigh at Flourish
 🥨Followed by toasted marshmallows at the outdoor fire pit 
 
✨ You will leave with your festive cup filled ready for the madness of December 😀

Suitable for: 💓All levels of abilities- No yoga experience required
 ✔️Kids aged approx 5-12years with a carer/ parent 
✔️Parents / Caregivers wanting a bespoke,curated experience where connection is central by a trauma informed nervous system expert with an OT background
 ✔️Families looking to laugh and smile together and have fun in true presence before the Christmas Period
 ✔️Kids needing 1:1 connection and time with a parent / caregiver Tag a parent/ carer or someone who would love to do this 
The Investment: £50 (includes one adult and one child, additional adults and children £10pp which can be paid for prior or on the day; please make a note when booking) 💫
 
There is limited places as this is a small bespoke retreat style workshop
