£50 per mother& child (additional children pay £15ppp on the day. Please put this in notes when booking on) 

Please bring yoga mat, blanket for meditation and optional onsie/ Oodie or Pj’s if you wish to change for the pizza party 

*includes the term for all family units / dynamics- Carers, key workers, mums, Dads,grannies, aunties, older siblings. Pretzel Play is inclusive of all families

Pretzel Play is soooo excited to be offering the gorgeous evening retreat for child(ren) and their parents/carers/guardian 

What is the workshop? 

-The workshop is 3 hours and set in the afternoon leading into the evening so you and your mini can really carve out that special time. We are creating a space where we will hold you so you can give your child full presence and laugh, regulate and have fun together. 

We will focus on presence & connection; ideal for children who may struggle with returning to school, anxiety, lack confidence or for parents who feel they work or are busy and need a held space to focus on their child and their relationship. For parents if there has been a separation, a grief in the family, a new baby or role change, a diagnosis or just for families wanting this time together.

Three hour curated workshop for mothers (carers) and their child(ren) led by a trauma informed OT

What it involves
Connection focused Pretzel Play class focusing on play, co regulation, present moment and including yoga play, mindfulness, meditation and games
A creative class led by Kayleigh from Flourish who will provide clay making activities for you and your child to do together. We will provide and clean the mess; you just enjoy the moment, breath and relax
As the sun begins to set we will head to the Firepit for s’mores and chats
Followed by the option to change into your pj’s or onsie and cosy down back a An Creagan with pizza and popcorn to watch a hilarious classic episode of Mr Bean

You will leave with your cup filled

Suitable for:
All levels of abilities- No yoga experience required
Kids aged approx 6-12years with a carer/ parent
Parents / Caregivers wanting a bespoke,curated experience where connection is central by a trauma inform nervous system expert with an OT background
Families looking to laugh and smile together and have fun
Kids needed 1:1 connection and time with a parent / caregiver
