✔️What is the workshop?
 
-The workshop is 21/2 hours long and will focus on presence & connection;
-ideal for children who may struggle with returning to school, anxiety, lack confidence
-for parents who feel they work or are busy and need a held space to focus on their child and their relationship.
-For parents if there has been a separation, a grief in the family, a new baby or role change, a diagnosis or just for families wanting this time together.
 
What it involves
 
🥨Connection focused Pretzel Play class focusing on play, co regulation, present moment focus including yoga play, mindfulness, meditation and games
🥨A lovely high tea of tea, coffee, cakes, sandwiches, tray bakes to be enjoyed with your child(den)
🥨A beautiful guided reflexology session on both adults and children by a nurse trained reflexologist and techniques to use at home
🥨Followed by toasted marshmallows at the outdoor fire pit

Suitable for:

💓All levels of abilities- No yoga experience required
✔️Kids aged approx 5-12 years with a carer/ parent
✔️Parents / Caregivers wanting a bespoke,curated experience where connection is central by a trauma inform nervous system expert with an OT background
✔️Families looking to laugh and smile together and have fun
✔️Kids needing 1:1 connection and time with a parent / caregiver

The Investment: £50 (includes one adult and one child, additional Children £10pp which can be paid for with cash or PayPal (add additional kids names / ages into comments section when purchasing)
