Our New interactive workshop, guiding kids on cultivating courage, self compassion, emotional intelligence, regulation, resilience, and empathy

a beautiful brave stone in a velvet pouch to keep

refreshmnets and marshmallow toasting at the fire pit included
 
– Parents can wait if they have travelled from afar and enjoy a coffee in the adjoining cafe at An Creagan
 
This workshop is applicable to all children, approx 5 years to 11 years particularly those who;
💎may worry about things
💎become over whelmed
💎struggle with ‘BIG’ or ‘EXPLOSIVE’ emotions
💎feel anxious or nervous about school, hobbies or upcoming events
💎children who experience low self esteem, confidence, or separation anxiety
💎show dysregulation in their bodies (hyper arousal, hyper activity, inattention).
🧠Drawing on a range of evidence based, research backed modalities of trauma informed practices, emotional intelligence, play based therapies, somatic movement & nervous system regulation, this workshop WILL provide kids with tools, techniques and understanding (cultivating self compassion) STRAIGHT AWAY
✔️The BRAVE Workshop is ideal for any child as it provides a child centred, play based unique workshop,opening kids up to learning tools & techniques to aid and develop emotional regulation & intelligence, self compassion, understanding their bodies and the cues it provides and learning about the power of the breath.

Tickets are transferable but non refundable when purchased –
Please provide your child with a yoga mat, blanket for meditation and plastic water bottle (fresh orange slices, cheese crackers and dilute will be provided)
There will also be marshmallows at the fire pit
